Xavi Carbonell
Xavi Carbonell (1971) Alcoi, Spain. Carbonell actively paints like a child as an adult, and leaves all of his pieces "untitled" so that each viewer can create his/her own story. The resulting work is fresh, composed, and powerful. Carbonell's work has been selected for the Alcoi Art Biennial, and for the Bancaja Painting award in 2006, 2008 and 2009. Carbonell has exhibited in the United States, Spain, Japan, Belgium, Egypt, Sweden and The UAE.
